3 bell pepper recipes

I’ve begun writing about food for AOL Health’s ‘That’s Fit’ section. I already enjoy cooking, but writing for the That’s Fit microsite has enhanced my interest in it. To get the opportunity to speak with chefs about recipes and ingredients they use is fantastic. My second food installment for That’s Fit was to find three healthy recipes for bell peppers. They’re at the end of their prime season yet they still taste great. You can hopefully get a sense of their versatility with the recipes in this story. And a big thanks to head chef Jordan Colon at Eat, a Brooklyn-located restaurant with a healthy take on its dishes.
