Start a Hip trend

31 05 2010

I’m not a muscle head, but I do share certain weight room traits displayed by many of the juiced-up guys you see at your local gym. Most prevalent among those traits is the propensity to focus on biceps, chest and calves when I lift weights. In other words, the muscles you can see when you inevitably flex in the mirror. (Every guys flexes at some point in the weight room. Don’t trust any dude who denies it.)

With this thought in mind, I figured it would be prudent to write an article discussing the importance of healthy hips. Strengthening those joints can prevent injuries around the rest of your body and improve athletic performance. I’m not going to tell you why; you have to read the following WeightWatchers.com story to find out.
