Green means more than money in the NBA

Sports leagues like the NBA aren’t concerned with just making money. They want to put out a quality product. They want fans engaged. And they want to move forward with projects that they feel stems from a social responsibility they hold as a prominent organization.

I’m always interested by what sports leagues and teams do for energy conservation, and this SLAMonline story highlights some of the ‘green’ efforts from the NBA and its teams.
